With the current COVID-19 pandemic, what cleaning products are you using? 

All of our cleaning solutions are EPA registered. Our disinfectant cleaner kills 99.99% of germs and is a one-step disinfectant, cleaner, sanitizer, fungicide, mildewstat, virucide and deodorizer. Our sanitizer is included on EPA’s List N, which meets EPA’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. We also have a diluted bleach solution that we use on appropriate surfaces.  

What is your hourly rate? 

We want to offer the best possible service to our customers. As such, we don't have an hourly rate. Each job is competitively priced with a flat rate system based on your specific property. With this structure, you have a consistent price never having to worry about our staff taking longer one week and having to pay extra. This also insures that we can accurately quote and schedule each customers cleaning because we know exactly what we are going to accomplish in your rental and the time it will take to complete it.

We are currently servicing Nashville, TN and surrounding areas. Feel free to contact us and we can confirm that we service your area. 

What if I need something more than the items listed in your package? 

Every rental is different. We have crafted each package to include all the common items you will need done. However, if you do find yourself needing something extra we have the ability to customize all of our packages to suit your specific needs.

Do you charge for excessive cleaning?  

In a perfect world, all guests would be courteous and respectful of your rental. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case. While the need for excessive cleaning doesn’t happen often, does happen. When the guests don’t follow any of the check out procedures, smoke in the house, leave bodily fluids outside of the toilet, and things along those lines we do have an excessive cleaning fee that will be charged. You will be provided with a notification for the extra charge and photos documenting the cause for additional cleaning.
